Hello

I sent a notice of cancellation letter to Virgin by Signed For Royal Mail delivery which you received on 2nd Sept 2023.

I have not had had a response nor any change to my account.  The next bill is due imminently and payment by DD later this month which I expect to result in refund not a payment.  

Additionally, the last bill included 7.50 for a late payment charge which clearly is not my fault as you take payment by DD.

Please confirm what is happening with the cancellation process.
