Hi, my contract was due to expire 14th November. I have signed up to BT, as much cheaper. In early October, I received a phone call from Virgin Media who asked me why BT had applied to take over the line? I said I wanted to move to BT. I then went through an hour of hard sell where they offered to match the BT price. I said NO I want to cancel please. I assumed that by verbally saying I no longer wanted to be with Virgin, that they would cancel it. I have checked my account and I've been put on a further year's contract at £99.75 per month. I have spent all morning trying to get this sorted out on their chat bot and What's App. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. What can I do to sort this out? I was hoping for an address to write to.

I'm sorry to hear there's been some confusion over cancelling your package.
