Cancellation

Originally the account holder phoned on the 2nd February to cancel our account and they'll send the return package within 10 days which neither happened and no cancellation confirmation email, so the account holder phoned 5 days ago to cancel and she was informed that our services would go off on 28th february and a return package would be sent out that day.

Can a Virgin Media forum staff tell me if our cancellation request has gone through and roughly when the return package will arrive.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us in regards to the recent request to cancel your services, thanks for making us aware of this via the forums.

 

As you have been advised, the returns packaging will be sent to return any equipment required once the services have disconnected.

thanks for the reply, so the return package will arrive after the 28th.

what about the confirmation of cancellation email. the account holder didn't receive it

Sorry AlanS41 we don't send confirmation emails for cancellations, sorry you were advised this would happen. But as you have described if the account is due to be cancelled on the 28th February a couple of days after that is when you can expect the returns packaging 🙂
