I have received a text to say my account services are being disconnected and my account is being closed however in my contract section of my vm there is a new contract dated 2 weeks in advance and expiry date of February 2022? I cannot get through to cust Svs on the messaging or the phone to understand why? Has anyone else experienced similar and what did you do? Thanks 😊
Thanks, my land line has been disconnected today so I was expecting the text, my confusion is why I’ve a new contract and future invoice for a service that’s being ceased?
