Cancellation

Hi

I spoke to an advisor over the phone and cancelled my contract on 15th May and was advised that my services (broadband, phone and tv) would end 15th June. However, when I look online at my account I can see no mention of my account being closed on that day. Is there any way of checking that it will happen on 15th June and should something be showing in my online account to reflect this by now?
