Cancellation

could I please get a response or an email address or phone number giving me help on how to cancel my services I have tried for the past 3 weeks , and had 0 luck I even found an email help address and mailed my one months notice with my account details .

there is no email address - you need to write or phone

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre

there is no monitored email addresses to contact CS
