Cancellation

Hi I rang up a couple of weeks back to cancel my services. The bloke I spoke to said I have put 30 days notice on to cancel you subscriptions, but I haven't had no letter or email to confirm it and when it ends. My next direct debit is 6th of May should I cancel the direct debit or pay it still. Thanks sam
