Cancellation - yet another upset customers

Dealing with virgin is like dealing with Ryanair.  So your phone lines are not working, you cannot get through so we have to write a letter to cancel our services. So how long will it take for your to open these letters and action the cancellation. I would suggest that when you receive my cancellation it will be from the date i have sent the letter. I m very happy to cancel my direct debit as I am moving house.

Why do you service providers may life so hard.

We are sorry to hear you experienced problems reaching the team via the phone. We have had no reports of the lines not working but as I am sure you can appreciate, we have been busier than usual at the moment. 


Thank you for providing your cancellation request via letter, once we receive this we will process your 30 days notice from the date provided and send confirmation to your chosen contact details. 


Please be aware that you will required to return equipment so we will send you a pre paid returns envelope within 10-14 days.
