Cancellation of services

Hi. I've been trying to cancel my services for over a month now. Just been hit with another ridiculous bill. Been left on hold on the phone for over 45 mins each time. No customer services to speak to directly and no-one to email to cancel my subscription. How do I cancel my services?

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can.
