I am out of contract and I telephoned 150 to cancel all of my package. Communication was difficult but eventually spoke to VM. At the end of contact I thought everything had been sorted out but received an email in the evening with the following
We've removed TV, Broadband and phone (this is what I asked for) but it also stated Your new package now includes Phone weekend chatter and telephone line rental at £19 per month. I did not ask for this, I want to leave.
I have sent a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland requesting that the new package be cancelled, do I need to take any other action. (telephone communication is very poor)
