I have tried to call VM for 3 days now, all you get is they are busy and try calling back later. Its a joke!
So I tried to call again tonight, left the line ringing and at 8pm it cut off. I tried again at 9pm to get told they closed at 8pm. Why does it say you are open 8am to 12pm on web?
I am at the end of my contract, I have been notified of a £21 increase and a further £4 increase in March. So I have compared other suppliers. £44 with Sky and £45 with BT and Virgin you offer new customers £45 pm for new customers, but dont offer lower renewals to your existing customers. Time to leave! Oh I can't get through to say I want to cancel, I think this is a ploy to keep you with Virgin and extort money from us.
