Cancellation not acknowledged

Cancellation notice sent by registered post to the address stated in terms and conditions on 26th November.  Confirmed posted and received yet no acknowledgement.

Instead I keep receiving messages telling me my contract is going up!

Please confirm acknowledgement, seems to be a recurring theme doesn't it
