Cancellation is very difficult take 2 days off

Hi I think Cancellation is not possible any way through Virgin , waited 2.5 hours on phone for 3 times in but not luck possible 1 day gone but can not contact to anyone , they speak and put on hold and after 2 hours it dis connect automatically so you have no power at all.   Please if anybody know how to cancel please let me know, I will try to take another day off as well .
