im moving to a new address and virgin is available but as the property has never had virgin before there is some outside work that is required. If i don’t want that outside work to be done, do i have the right to cancel free of charge?

Hi shona9987

If you don't want VM to install at your new property then you are effectively cancelling the services and would therefore be liable to pay early disconnection charges if still in contrct.
