I want to cancel but unable to get through in your phone line. You occasionally respond on the text message chat but then it goes quite again before we agree a date to finish the service. I can’t see any online chat option. Do I just need to cancel my direct debit when I want to cancel?

We know that our helplines are a lot busier than usual and appreciate this can be frustrating. However to cancel you would either need to please continue trying to calls, or alternatively you can write to us at Virgin Media Sales Operation Support, Diamond Plaza, Daleside Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG2 3GG.
We wouldn't advise cancelling your direct debit without closing your account first, as this can have a negative impact on your credit score which we wouldn't want.
