Cancellation confirmation

I recently rang up to cancel my contract but have had no confirmation email? I have been sent the bag to send the kit back but I've also been issued a bill for next month. I'd really like to know whether my cancellation has gone through properly? I tried calling but cannot get through. Is there a way of seeing your cancellation and when your service will stop on the My Account pages?

Hi Ash-a,

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

As you have been sent the returns bag this would mean a disconnection has been processed. 

 

As your disconnection is 30 days notice we would provide a final bill during that time.

Hello, 

Thank you for confirming my cancellation. But how do I know when the 30 days is? I do not know what day my kit is due back?

This would be 30 days after you have spoken with the agent and requested the cancellation. We request the kit is sent back as soon as possible.
