Hi, I had placed an order for virgin media broadband at my rental property and paid my set up fee, only for my landlord to decide that he was not happy for the installation at the property to take place. Therefore, I cancelled the order the same day (3rd Dec 2020).
I am still yet to receive my refund cheque for the setup fee that was paid, and was assured that what had been paid was 100% refundable. Can anyone point me in the direction of someone to speak to about this?
