Cancellation Refund

Hi, I had placed an order for virgin media broadband at my rental property and paid my set up fee, only for my landlord to decide that he was not happy for the installation at the property to take place. Therefore, I cancelled the order the same day (3rd Dec 2020).

I am still yet to receive my refund cheque for the setup fee that was paid, and was assured that what had been paid was 100% refundable. Can anyone point me in the direction of someone to speak to about this?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, Ia am sorry to hear you weren't able to be installed.

 

When a order is cancelled and there is any credits left on the account these are usually sent back by cheque around 42 days after the cancelation has been added.
