Cancellation Confirmation

Hi, I recently gave notice to cancel my contract over the phone - is it possible to receive confirmation that this has been put through for the day confirmed? From looking on the forum it doesn’t look like we receive confirmation emails that the cancellation has gone through- so just looking to 100% confir
