Cancellation Confirmation

Hi, I called to cancel my broadband today. After one representative hung up on me, the second told me the cancellation has gone through, and that I would receive an email within 5 minutes after the call ended. As others have noted, I now have a broadband order under the "My Orders" tab on my account, however there has been no confirmation that this is a cancellation (email or otherwise).

How can I get written confirmation that the cancellation is going through?
