Can You check if everything is ok and my contract will end on 13/07/2020 as requested? Also do I have to return my hub? It is an old "super hub VMDG480". thanks in advance

I sent a letter on June 10, it was received on June 11. I asked to cancel the contract from July 13, so I understand that this will be counted as a 30 day notice.
and today I have a new bill in my hand... "Bill date: 02 July 2020 Bill period: 22 Jul - 21 Aug". You got my cancelation 3 weeks ago and yet I got another bill. And it is for the time when I shouldn't be virgin client anymore. Instead, I should get a partial refund from my previous bill. this is madness. You can buy everything online from virgin, but you can't cancel anything.
