Cancellation Confirmation

hi, I cancelled my contract by letter giving 30 days notice. You received it 1.5 weeks ago and I did not get any confirmation email or letter. Can You check if everything is ok and my contract will end on 13/07/2020 as requested? Also do I have to return my hub? It is an old "super hub VMDG480".

Sorry to hear there's been a delay in your written 30 day notice request, the team will backdate this to the date we received the letter in question. 

 

Following this you'll receive the final bill and equipment returns pack in the post.

If You need my account number I can give it to You in a private message. I want to make sure my contract will end on 13/07/20 and have some confirmation on a paper. I sent a letter on June 10, it was received on June 11. I asked to cancel the contract from July 13, so I understand that this will be counted as a 30 day notice.

and today I have a new bill in my hand...
"Bill date: 02 July 2020
Bill period: 22 Jul - 21 Aug".
You got my cancelation 3 weeks ago and yet I got another bill. And it is for the time when I shouldn't be virgin client anymore. Instead, I should get a partial refund from my previous bill.
this is madness. You can buy everything online from virgin, but you can't cancel anything.
