I was told that my cancelation date would be Dec 7th after giving the 30 days notice, this seems not to have happened as when I look on my Virgin Media it appears I have agreed to a new contract (which I haven't). Can someone please check if the disconnection of my contract has taken place, also I do not want a new contract as I have gone elsewhere.
