Canceled all services in January, still getting billed for landline and no refund.

We canceled our Virgin media package after 15 years end of January

Since then I've been billed twice, with no service or refund.

However today i've received a new bill with a £5 refund and see I'm still being billed £27 on your system for still  a landline package we don't use , even though we canceled all services to move to Sky)

I've had to canceled direct debts as we cant speak to anyone due to Coronavirus

If someone could get back to me please.
