How do I cancel my virgin tv I want to keep my internet I cannot afford it anymore
I have tried to ring up a few times and I don’t get anywhere
I'm afraid you're going to just need to persist with calling 150 and being patient, as frustrating as I'm sure that is. Cancellations can't be done via this community I'm afraid.
Have you tried calling at different times of day, and maybe at 8am soon after C/S opens.

You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of cancellation to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1, 4and 4 (Thinking of leaving) but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
