You either need to call 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111, option 4 but best to call at 8am when lines first open and are least busy to avoid call queues.
If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could also text VM on 0753 305 1809 or use WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112.
Please be aware that replies aren't instant from either of these services but the agents will reply as quickly as they possibly can.
If the Sky Sports is part of yuor package then it may affect any discounts you may have, however if it's a standalone add on then it won't affect any discounts you may have.
