why should it be so difficult to cancel my VM when out of contract, I don't need 250 GB is it so hard to offer me the lesser at a less value ?? VM could not do this all they wanted was to keep plugging with TV , which I do not want. Today I have been trying since appx 4pm now 17.33 no response.
