I'm trying to contact Virgin Media for cancelling my contract but I've been unsuccessful. Every time I call either 150 or 0345 454 1111 I go through menus and eventually I got cut off.
Is there another way to do that, by post maybe?

You would need to speak with the customer retentions team regarding this, however you are also able to give your 30 days notes via letter.
