We had to leave the UK quickly due to Covid 19. I wasn't able to reach customer support on the phone before we had to leave, so I haven't been able to cancel our landline and broadband for our now empty house. How can I do this now that we are permanently back in the US?
If anyone from Virgin is actually checking this message board, can you please tell me how to cancel and stop being billed monthly for a service I can no longer use? Our family has moved to the US--we are no longer in the UK and cannot get through to Virgin to cancel our damn broadband service. I understand no one is in your call centres, but it is not fair to simply not allow people to cancel their contracts. HELP!!!
