I am trying to cancel appointment as I have to take a friend to the eye hospital and she can't drive. It's last minute I know but I'm going round in circles and being directed from one place to another. It says I can't do it online. I've tried the chat but it wants to go via WhatsApp which i agree to then it just ends.
From other posts this is a repeat problem experienced by others.
I'm constantly frustrated and disappointed with Virgin Media's website, Can't wait for my contract to end as their service is really poor.
