Cancel contract

Trying to cancel my contract, after 30 minutes of music playing someone finally answers and sends me to the cancelation team, call disconnects, have to start that over again, done it 4 times already and I don't have the time to make long calls over again with no results.

I'm moving country in a few days, won't need the virgin media services anymore.

Is there another way how I can cancel my contract?

Hi CulayTL,

Phoning is the best and most direct method, however, it's best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of cancellation  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

Or write to them to as per the terms and conditions. If writing send it by registered post.

If you are still in contract there may be some early cancellation fees
