Cancel broadband order

I placed an order on 31st December 2020 and another on 11th January 2021. As I'd not heard anything.

I've not recieved any contract or confirmation  date for self install kit, I'm not going to carry on waiting so I'd like to either make sure these orders are not going ahead or cancel them.

Order references:- WS7399416/WS7421575.
