Cancel broadband order - no QuickStart news after 1 week

I've just moved in my new house, I made an online M100 Fibre Broadband order last Monday - yes, bad timing. I received a welcome email telling me about my QuickStart pack, then nothing, neither any contract nor any call or email about my order status.
As I understand these are special times, I need internet because I'm home working, so I would like to cancel my order to see with VM competitors if one of them can provide me internet. 0800 0527588 is never answering.
