Settling in

Just joined and received equipment yesterday now want to leave as the salesman was a liar and things I ordered are now I find out were never part of my package, have rung 7 times 40 min minimum wait time phone put down on me twice and still not cancelled, what a shambolic company, cant understand operatives not sure if they are in UK, so as it stands, poor service and now just want to leave, nearly managed once then put phone down, maybe this is their trick to not leaving you can never get through to the dept
