Cancel account

Dear Virgin Media

I have finished my study on newcastle and i would like to cancell my account. Currently, I am outside uk and i have no plan to returen in the nearst future. I do not remember my passcode that required to access my account. I dont know how to communicate with your team . Could you please help me to cancell my account . I have paid all my bills.

You can call  0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

or write to them to as per the terms and conditions. If writing send it by registered post.

If you are still in contract there may be some early cancellation fees
