I have written to Virgin Media to cancel my subscription. This was done on 14th December 2020. I have cancelled my Direct Debit. However, I have received an email demanding payment. How do I get confirmation of cancellation?

yes that is because you still owe money. i'd suspect virgin are more concerned with that at the minute. when you cancel you have to give 30 days notice. pay what you owe and i'm sure confirmation will come your way.
