Iam looking to cancel my Virgin TV and upgrade my phone and broadband. Tried calling waited to be connected and call cancelled at Virgin media end after 58 mins 24 secs. So Iam reluctant to call again. Can I do this online?

Depending on your bundle, it may be cheaper to drop your TV to the basic "mixit" and keep it - rather than cancel outright. Only VM will be able to advise for sure.
In either case, outright cancellations can be done by post if you'd rather, but account changes such as what you're asking about - can only be done by calling up and speaking to a C/S agent.
