Cancel Contract due the many problems in last 4 months

hi there, so i have called all the numbers avaiable, sales team, etc. always ending up that i should receive a message with a link that is never arriving.

i have sent a text message as well, but no reply.

 

in the last 4 months i had 2 engineer visit, 1 hub replacement, and my connection still go and come when it wants.

i just would like to end the contract, respecting the 30 days of notice.

Anybody from the staff that can help me? Because is impossible to get in touch with someone

Hi boston_george91,

Have you sought help with your connection problems via the Community help pages. The gurus there are brilliant at solving problems and/or pointing you in the right direction?

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of cancellation  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

or write to them to as per the terms and conditions. If writing send it by registered post.

If you are still in contract there may be some early cancellation fees

Unfortunately I have spent already to much time with them trying to sort it out. I'm tired of fighting.. Text and call didn't get any results. I guess I'm forced to write tomorrow

you cannot do that here.

only two ways to cancel.

1) call CS and go thru to cancellations team.
2) write to the advertised address

there are no other way to cancel.

Well, if I was able to speak with someone I wasn't writing here. But the message with link that sales team should send on my phone is never arriving.
