Cancel Contract Or Reduce price

Due to your poor customer service

A Telecommunications company that can't provide its staff to work from home is a joke. I would like to dispute the price hike to my internet and ask for a reduction in my monthly costs otherwise I'm over with Virgin media, shame another long term customer disappointed . Shocking !!  trying to take more money.

Please respond to me asap. Days on the phone.
