I signed up to a new contract and was offered sky sports for a good price as well. I got a upgrade on my V6 box to virgin tv 360 at the same time. The new remote arrived and I tried updating the box, it would not update. Also I had no sky sport. An engineer came out and installed the tv 360 and the sky sports channels also appeared. I was very disappointed to find it was only sd sports when I had expected hd sports. I looked and tried to upgrade online on my account but it would not work. So I phoned virgin media and asked for it to be added. The man on the phone said he could not find how to do it and said he would phone back the next day. I have had no phone call. Can someone help me get the hd sports.
