Can’t sign into account

Hi, I have become a new customer to virgin this evening for broadband and tv and I can’t seem to set up my account. First off I didn’t know my area code as it was blank on welcome letter. My post code is CF34 but from google I have been told I’m area code 25? Also when I type this in along with account number and surname it is saying area? Just wondering if anyone can help please?
