Can't sign in to my virgin media account

Earlier on I signed in to my account through the website, and ordered a new TV remote, immediately after it kicked me out of my account and now whenever I try to sign back in, as soon as I click on "sign in" I get redirected to an "oops we have found an issue" page, rather than the page to type email & password in. I've tried downloading the app to sign in via that instead and have the same issue. I just wanted to check that the remote order had definitely been placed, but now I'm worried that if I have any other more important issues I won't be able to get onto my account to sort anything out.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issues signing into your online account, can you confirm if there has been any change since you posted yesterday?

 

Regarding the remote order, I'll pop you over a private message to get a few more details from you to check.
