Earlier on I signed in to my account through the website, and ordered a new TV remote, immediately after it kicked me out of my account and now whenever I try to sign back in, as soon as I click on "sign in" I get redirected to an "oops we have found an issue" page, rather than the page to type email & password in. I've tried downloading the app to sign in via that instead and have the same issue. I just wanted to check that the remote order had definitely been placed, but now I'm worried that if I have any other more important issues I won't be able to get onto my account to sort anything out.

We are sorry to hear that you re having issues with the online account and app. The app and online account will use the same password to log in, have you tried to go through the forgotten my password section and managed to get this resolved?
