Can't sign in to my Virgin Media account

Hi, 

I cannot login my accout, I got this message.

 

We've found your My Virgin Media account, but your old username is no longer valid because you don't have a Virgin Media Mail address anymore. Click 'Continue' to check we've got the correct details for you and to choose a new username.

Have you recently opened a new account through a house move or anything like this? 

 

If so you'd need to register with the new account details.

No problem, if you go to the My Virgin Media page you can then register an account with your information.

sorry, I make it more clear.

A couple of days ago, I created an account, and made an order.

Then Virgin media delevered me a box, I installed it successfully.

Then I sign in to check my bill, but failed.

the error message is just like what I posted.

Sorry for any confusion, if registering came back with it failing and not that an account already exists then it may be that it's not set up. 

 

What error message does it show as I cannot see one here.

I think I tried every possible way, but all of them are failed.

I don’t know what to do next. Help me please.

Hi xg_vgmedia, thanks for he message, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the online account, can you confirm if you have now been able to register for the online account, if so, the bills will be found under the billing section. Please let us know if you are still having issues with this? ^CW
