Can't sign in to my Virgin Media account

I can't use myVM account.

I always see this when I want to login.

I can't pay for my bill

I wanted "Make a one off payment "

Here I have to write a payment reference number what is "on the back of your paper bill". I always paid online, I don't have paper bill.

How can I login in myVM?

How can I pay bill?

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into. I am really sorry this problem with your online account has occurred. We can't take payments here on the forums for security reasons but if you text our chat service on 0753 305 1809 if you want to try that?
