Have you accessed the accounts before? 

If so, what happens specifically when you try to access them?

Do the username/password reset options not help?

Hi,

We’ve been locked out of our virgin media account and unable to change the user name or get access to this as all our account details are on line. 

Tried changing the password and the security question is answered correctly but it’s saying it’s incorrect.

Help! 
As this is also the email address where all our banking emails are sent and all our online accounts are set up to and we can not access these either.

I am another Virgin Media Customer who cannot access my account. This started on Monday evening and I am unable to access emails or my account on PC or mobile. I tried resetting the password but the system does not recognise the answers to my security questions. It is extremely frustrating.

I hope one of the VM team can assist.
