Sorry to see you've been having issues with your Virgin Media account.

 

Can you tell me if you've been able to try multiple browsers to attempt to login? Have you also attempted to make changes to the password or gone through the forgotten password route?

 

I'd also be intrigued to know if you've been able to gain access to the self-care account via the Virgin Media application

Hi,

 

yea I have tried the names suggestions as they seemed to come up in some replies however unsuccessful. Tried changing password I don’t know how many times. It has worked before now though, it did work when I first got it. 
 
I’ll have a look at the self care you mentioned, now

Can’t access anything via app as It’s just endless incorrect password etc and just a big cycle when it comes to resetting password

Same issue here - not been able to log in for 6 months + 

Tried resetting password, tried calling support telephone number, but nobody can seem to get to the bottom of the issue

Any ideas?

Thanks Lisa - I have tried to reply to you but it says "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later." But I have not sent any private messages?

Our system can sometimes be sensitive but usually waiting for 30 mins help.
