Tried chrome and safari, it gives me the option to change my password then says incorrect information when I try to change it

 

have tried this at least 20-30 times 

same thing happening over and over

yep i have same issue, cant get into my virginmedia account at all, need to make a payment tomorrow for my broadband but it wont let me, just keeps sending me round in circles, making new email address's for me then telling me to log into my virgin emails to confirm new email but cant get into emails because its saying my details are wrong etc etc been like this for months

 

its really a badly designed website tbh

yep exact same runaround im getting, ah well ive tried paying my bill today...so not my fault tbh if they try charge me for late payment they can sing for it tbh, spent the last 2 hours trying to get into my account and the frustration im feeling right now is insane

This has been an issue for me for about 4-6 weeks

there is a flaw/fault in the system somewhere, the amount of hits I get when I google this problem is nuts

this should have been fixed a long time ago, but it is still an ongoing issue for many people 

very poor

its been like this for me since i signed up with virgin last year, ive told them over the phone countless times but nothing gets done about it

not the IT team but when ive rang up in the past to either cancel my account or other reasons ive told them on the phone that i can never access my account because it keeps saying my info is wrong and they said they would give me a new user ID etc but it never happened

I sent you an inbox Joe_F, the Screenshot is one of them, the other i get is addressed to me but saying the same message, all the other times it just sends me round in circles trying to set up a new email but to activate it i need to get into my account which i cant because it never accepts any email addresses or passwords, just leads me to the same deadend every time.
