I can't sign into 'my virgin media' but also I can't sign into my 'tv control' app either so I can't remotely set up recordings or watch shows on my phone.

Hi Oxlade89, sorry to hear this, 

 

Have you been able to access the account before? 

 

If not, you would need to register first from here (sorry if that seems obvious, but you'd be surprised how often that is the issue!)

If you have, have you been able to try the usual password-reset steps from here? Please let us know the outcome

If those steps don't work for you please let me know so we can help further.

Yes I have accessed by account lots of times I have been a virgin media customer for nearly 8 years. Also when I try to reset my password it tells me something went wrong.

Hi Tom_F,

I too cannot log into my Virgin Media account or use my blueyonder email account. I have the same issues as ameRe so if you can sort this out for me as well it would be appreciated. I have been a customer of Virgin Media since they took over from Blueyonder and my login details have always worked so the problems must be at your end. It seems this issue has been going on now for many months so hopefully Virgin will accept they have an issue and sort it out!

Really sorry to hear you're also having problems with your account. 

 

Apologies if you've done this already - have you used 'forgotten password'? I appreciate you might remember your details, but sometimes resetting the password can help you get back in.

 

Can you also confirm whether you have active media services with us?
