I've seen that there's a lot of people having the same trouble. I cannot sign in my Virgin Media account. Everytime I try it says that email and password are not correct. Also when I try to find the username or to get back my password I enter the account number and area code exactly as in the contract appears, it says that it is also not correct. I really need HELP

When I try to log in it says ‘We didn’t recognise that username or password’
After I choose ‘forgotten email’ and put in my name account number etc I get the message ‘We've found your My Virgin Media account, but your old username is no longer valid because you don't have a Virgin Media Mail address anymore’
Then when I try register I get the message ‘this username is unavailable’
When I choose ‘forgotten password’ and put in my email it says ‘unable to find your username’
I have tried to sign in to both the VM app and the sky sports app and this same thing is happening. I have also tried to sign in with different phones / iPads and it is the same thing.
