Can't send emails on new iphone

Works on webmail and outlook but doesn't work on iPhone 11, wrong username or password, but IT ISN'T.

could take a look at --> https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-how-to-update-email-settings to make sure got all settings correct
