Can't see any option to enable e-billing

I've looked and looked and followed the instructions given me by Virgin support, but nowhere on Options, Settings, My profile or anywhere else is there a way of enabling it.

I've even spoken to CS, who confirmed they would remove paper billing and even reimburse me for the (minor) cost (£1.75) - but of course, they didn't - and this is several weeks later and after another bill came thru the post.

I could screenshot and attach all the webpages that show the complete non-appearance of the e-billing option but not sure that would be helpful TBH? LOL

Hi @Kamariah

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for the confusion over the E-Billing. If you go to the online account - virg.in/myVM - then sign into it. Go to the 'view settings' and then account, you'll then see under 'communication preferences' what it is set too. Does it say E-Billing there?

Yes in communication preference it says: Format and underneath: eBills/Email/Text.  In Account details there is no option for cancelling paper billing however.

BTW I keep getting (and always have done, over the years, intermittently) HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request or "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.  Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." errors. This is on Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Opera browsers.

I am also having the same issue, I have it as ebills,email,text. But I am still getting paper bills and being charged for it. There no other option from what I can see on my account that says e-billing and when i click into to sign up for e-billing it just goes to incorrect page that has nothing to do with e-billing. Please can you help and advise?

Same again, can't see any options for e-billing and receiving paper bills since I recently moved. I've never opted for this so any idea how I can change it bsck please?
